Broccoli and Cheese Casserole
- 2 10 oz. boxes frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 14.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Thaw and drain broccoli. Mix soup, egg and mayonnaise together. Add in broccoli and cheese. Mix well. Pour into a baking dish and bake 45 minutes.
