Carrot Raisin Salad

- 1/3 cup Duke’s Light Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. dry yellow mustard
- 2 lbs. carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, honey and mustard together in a large bowl.
- Add carrot, raisins, and pineapple. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
