Grilled Cheese and Tomato Sandwich
- 2 slices multigrain bread
- 2-3 slices yellow American or cheddar cheese
- 2-3 thin slices tomato
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
- Duke's Mayonnaise for spreading
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Assemble the sandwich with the bread, cheese, tomato, and basil leaves, if desired.
- Spread the outside of the bread slices with Duke’s and place in the hot pan.
- Cook sandwich on both sides for 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden-brown.
