Mandarin Chicken Salad
Starters & Snacks
- 1/3 cup Duke's Light Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sesame ginger salad dressing or other Asian dressing
- 1 bag mixed salad greens
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or in strips
- 1/2 cup chow mein noodles
- Whisk together mayonnaise and dressing in a small dish.
- Place salad greens into a large bowl, then arrange oranges and chicken on top.
- Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and drizzle dressing over salad.
