Brush your steak with Duke's Mayo and your favorite seasonings before it hits the grill to lock in juices and turn up the Twang!Author:
1 cup of Duke’s
2 tbsp of Red Clay Original Hot Sauce or your hot sauce of choice
1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon rosemary (finely chopped)
2 strip steaks or steak of choice
Start by combining mayonnaise, hot sauce, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary in a small bowl. Stir until combined.
Using a kitchen brush, brush all sides of your steaks with your mayonnaise mix.
Heat your grill or heating source to 300 degrees.
Place steaks directly on grill grate and cook, continuing to regulate the temperature.
Once steaks reach desired temperature, pull them off the grill and let them rest momentarily.
Cut your steak into smaller, thin pieces and enjoy the flavor!
