Parmesan Baked Fish
- 2 lbs. skinless white fish fillets
- 3 Tbsp. Duke's Light Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Place fish in a large lightly greased baking dish.
- Broil for about 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
- While fish is cooking, combine mayonnaise, butter, Parmesan and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Once fish is cooked, spoon prepared mixture over fillets and continue broiling until browned, about 2 minutes.
